Your Opinions on the Princess Fantasy Faire

I have been lurking the past couple days and didn't really see a thread for this, but it's been on my mind since I got back from my vacation.

What are your thoughts on the Princess Fantasy Faire?

To be honest, I was rather dissapointed about it myself. I very much preferred catching the Princesses around the park, near the castle, especially Snow White with the Prince at the Wishing Well! Not to mention the hassle it was for me to get the Princesses I was looking for: Just as soon as I thought I was golden, they switched out just before I entered. Joy. Yeah, I'm no good at explaining myself at the moment. But I wanted to hear other's opinions on it as well!

We enjoyed it. However (and this is a big BUT!), we didnt need to see the princesses for photos and autographs. We had already done a meal at Ariels. We would not have liked waiting in those long lines to meet them- and the whole not knowing who you'll meet would bother me. I liked it better when the princesses were in front of the castle- you could wait for who you wanted, and skip the rest. they also worked at keeping the lines fairly short by limiting the time the princesses were out.

But I did like story time in an area were more kids could watch/ listen. The store in FL was pretty small for that. I loved the little free crafts and games they offered. The little show and dance was cute and my kids enjoyed it. The area is very nicely decorated and themed.

We also checked on face painting and hair, but the lines were well over an hour long, pushing 2 hours. ON A MONDAY! There is no way I would wait for that. They really need some sort of prepaid reservation or something.
