I am not sure all tribes are recognized as nations. They each have to have their own land grant and treaty agreement in place with the U.S gov't before they can open a casino.
I feel strongly that if anyone deserves to own casinos and make money off Americans' gambling, it is the indian tribes! They have found a way to make good money off of the lousy land America left them with- more power to them! Why cut in on their big source of income? Let's leave casinos to them, and let Disney concentrate on being the best in family entertainment.
