Love the pictures of you guys monkeying around in trees! Riley looks like he had a good birthday, and he tolerated that hat better than my children do!!
Glad you guys are taking a "wait and see" approach to the money situation. No need to worry about it til you have a better idea of what's going on financially.

I completely agree! That picture is fantastic. Did your daughter take that one too, Jenn? She is talented! You are lucky you got to go apple and pumpkin picking. Here in VA, we had a very hot summer and the apple crop was terrible at the farm where we go to pick. Also, we were attacked by literally hundreds of stink bugs at the farm, so we didn't pick any pumpkins either because me, my kids and my sisters were totally creeped out by the stink bugs everywhere! LOL But I did manage to get a jar of the most delicious apple butter before we left. Anyway, it looks like you guys are really getting into the Fall/ Halloween spirit! Please, bring on more Fall pics because you guys are the cutest!

I think it's a good idea to wait after Christmas before making any decision involving money. It is a crucial time that can make or break a budget. DH says he wants us to put a 20$ cap on gifts this year to save up for our wedding and honeymoon, but I don't know how good I'll be at not busting this limit... Does it count if I buy him luggage he needs for both our trips?

I think the luggage is a great idea! more than 20 but worth it!

I LOVE FALL! It has been the best fall ever around here..with the exception of a few unbelievably hot days! Now it's getting frigid... like heat on in the van to defrost windows on the way to school :/

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic October and and even better Halloween!

I'm a bum and haven't really come on here much, because well, I don't have a whle lot to report on the disney front! Well, I didn't that is!

I recently got good Disney news, my friend Michele, mom of Kayla's BFF Abby is joining us next year at Disney Needless to say, both Kayla and I are ecstatic!!

Some of you may or may not remember them from our 2008 Disney trip!
Here is my friend Michele:

On this very morning she said, I have to tell you something.. I think I'm pregnant Guess what?? SHE WAS! So her baby Boy will be joining us on our next trip SO excited to see Disney through a baby the same age as Jack was on our 2008 trip! Odd coincidence no??

Here is Kayla and her Bff Abby, and the other picture is with Kayla, Abby, and Abby's sister Aly!

and OMG.. do you see how little Kayla looks here.. NOW look at her!!! 2 years later and shes a dang adult practically!

WHERE did my baby girl go?? But on a proud momma side note, HOW cute is her 2010 school pics?? I love them..I may be biased

As for my friend, her dates overlap with ours. She will be there from the 17-23 or 24. So we will be with them all but the last 2 days of their trip! I have a feeling this may sway our decision where we stay.. I was already on the fence about AKL due to being cheap..but now I was able to convince her to upgrade from POP to POFQ! Did I mention POQF is getting refurbed too..and it was our next choice after AKL... just sayin, now I won't be as disappointed if we can't swing AKL!

So now I have my awesome Jophia (Ohiodisneylover) AND my great friend Michele going! Life is good and Kayla couldn't be happier!

In other Disney news, I decided I want to start looking up some romantical ideas for Bob and I! Or just something for him at the very least! I'm also excited to plan meals with all the great friends!It's gonna be an awesome trip

Now for real life news... not much, I can't believe how fast October came and went! Next month is xmas, and in even bigger December news, my baby girl turns 10 next month! 10!!!!!!!!!! HOW did that happen? WHEN did that happen? OOF. I will be a train wreck next month, trust me. I am every birthday... but this year will be especially rough! It's such a change of ages, she is turning 10, and a few months later I will be urning 30. It feels like yesterday I was 19 and having a baby! My oh my how life has changed in these 10 years.. changed in ways I never thought possible. In the end, I am happier than I have ever been, and grateful for every experience, even the bad ones! Kayla and I have grown up together and I hope 10 years from now we are as close as we are now!

In other Jenn update, Bob and I celebrated 8 months, and in a few weeks will be celebrating 9 months! Time is flying! A couple of weekends ago, Bob surprised me with a special date night! He took me to the Bucks County Playhouse (which we are able to walk to from our house.. did I mention I love my town!!), wanna know what he took me to see?? OH, that;s right, Rocky Horror Picture Show!! I haven't been in YEARS! It was beyond fun! Did I mention how ridiculously in love with him I am?? Oh, cause I am!

So there you have it, there it is folks! Life is fantastic!! ( I'll leave the John's a jerk drama out..unless y'all want some drama in here LOL)

Thanks Kat! I've missed the Dis too! I never seem to have time like I used to back in the day. Although, that is a GOOD thing!It means I am not as depressed, and I am getting up and out of my computer chair

and don't kayla and her bff looks a lot alike! they even have bdays a week apart! its amazing how similar they are! we don't even see them often, so it's not like they have each others influence! It's cute!

and yes, john IS a jerk. and there isn't just one story, lets just say, one of us wants to get along and be good co-parents, and one of us could give a hoot! take a guess which is which!

Yes, some of them have started, but nothing like up there. The benefit of being down here is that we don't fully lose leaves, so our winter is still green, relatively speaking, which helps with that post-Christmas funk.
