50's I Love Lucy
60's Laugh In. Hard to pick because some of the best TV shows ever made were made in the 1960s.
70's Adam 12. 1970's also produced some very good TV shows, shows that have survived the test of time.
80's St. Elsewhere. Hill Street Blues a close second.
90's See the above shows. With two small children in the house didn't watch a lot of TV, but when TV Land Nite at Night went on the air in 1996 the classic shows they ran were far better that the first run new shows.
00's I just browsed lists of top shows of the 2000s, and not a single one I ever watched. I suspect I watched a lot of baseball.
10's. Baseball and anything HGTV. I just looked at IMDBs list of top 100 TV shows of the decade, and most I have never heard of.
20' Only Murderers in the Building. Retired in 2011 and spent my first few months binge watching Perry Mason, Adam 12, Emergency, Love It Or List It, Dateline, Forensic Files, Match Game.

00's - Entourage, 24, The Departed, Friday Night Lights, Pirates of the Caribbean (Black Pearl), Grandma's Boy
10's. - Halt and Catch Fire, Silicon Valley, Django Unchained, Bohemian Rhapsody, Deadpool, Guardians
20''s - Archer (also in 2010's), The Boys, Palm Springs, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

I know I'm forgetting a bunch of great ones (probably some absolute favs), & i had to actually google some, but this is what i could come up with at the moment.

Just picking one from each decade - it was super hard leaving The Muppet Show and Happy Days off of the 70s, but MASH is better.

2000-2010 Higher Ground (A Smaller, one season but very touching show about teens)

2010-2020 Dad and I really enjoyed watching reruns of Chain Reaction hosted by Dylan Lane and also Sale of the Century hosted by the late Jim Perry at the start of the pandemic.

2020-today I have most enjoyed watching The Price is Right and a new show called Shadrach.

70's-the bob newhart show, all in the family/maude, the muppett show

80's-90's rugrats, murphy brown, beetlejuice (the cartoon), roseanne, thirtysomething, LA law, northern exposure, st. elsewhere

2000's-six feet under, weeds, big love

2010's-bobs burgers, what we do in the shadows, game of thrones, stranger things, fargo (tv series)

2020's- (so far) bluey, bad monkey, ted lasso, breeders, reservation dogs, dark winds

60s - I dream of Genie (Monty Pythons Flying Circus is a close second)
70s - The Muppet Show
90s - Farscape
00s - Firefly
10s - 12 Monkeys or Dark
20s - Not much good IMO - What We Do in the Shadows is ok - its 2019 technically, but most of it episodes are in the 20s so.
