Your Favourite things to do whilst staying at Boardwalk resort?

We have a 2 night stay planned at Boardwalk villas for next May, although we have visited Boardwalk briefly have never stayed there. What are you favourite things to do whilst staying at the Boardwalk? (visiting the parks aside)

IMHO, there's not much to do on the Boardwalk other than walk to the parks.

We love to swim at its beautiful pool. Renting a surrey bike and riding it around Crescent Lake is enjoyable, too. We also like watching the evening entertainers on the Boardwalk. Fantasia Minigolf is within walking distance (about 20 minutes), as well. Enjoy!

All of these suggestions are excellent! The ice cream at Ample Hills is quite good as well. We like to share one of their samplers and people watch.

Strongly recommend Ample Hills for ice cream. The ooey gooey butter cake flavor is incredible. Its always nice to get a few scoops and do a few laps around the boardwalk and epcot resort loop.

We book boardwalk view and spend a lot of time on the balcony morning and night. We also are fans of the drinks and the environment at the Belle Vue lounge. We think the evening entertainment on the boardwalk is enjoyable. Floating with a noodle at the quiet pool is a daily activity when the weather is good.

Beaches and Cream, at the Beach Club across Crescent Lake, has good ice cream. You can get it at their walk-up window. In fact, that's a nice spot for a lunch ADR.

We had a great dinner during our February trip at Ale and Compass at the YC. We were able to get a same day ADR. We also went to happy hour at Bluezoo at the Dolphin. I think it’s 5-7 daily. We ended up eating dinner too in the bar as it was a Friday night and a live band started around 7 pm. Also like the bar outside at the pool at the Dolphin. Good sandwiches at Fuel at the Dolphin.

Never stayed there....but the boardwalk is simply great to stroll.

IMHO, there's not much to do on the Boardwalk other than walk to the parks.

They've got great entertainment at night. Well, evening in to night. Usually 3 different ones spread out at staggered times.

If you are of age Jelly Rolls can be something to do

Some nights the movie is right on The Green

We enjoy the art gallery. Sometimes the artists are there.

We love going back to the resort after dinner and finding a nice place to sit and relax, either inside or out. We really like sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch! We also love going to Ample Hills to get an ice cream cone, and then strolling the boardwalk or sitting on a bench to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the boardwalk in the evening. It’s such a nice break from the hectic days in the parks!

If I am not on my balcony, I watch the MK fireworks from that porch! They are pretty far away but you can see some of them!

Highly recommend Jellyrolls (there is a cover charge to enter though)

Agree with the evening entertainment. Was there in February and spent every night with the magicians and jugglers. So excited to be heading back in September. Can also take a boat ride to EPCOT and/ or DHS.
