Your Favorite Western Excursions for Kids Age 6 & 8

We are going on our second Disney cruise and our first Western. I'm looking for excursion ideas. Stingray City and the Dolphin Swim in Cozumel look interesting.

Our DD will be 8 when we cruise in December and our DS will be 6 and a half. They are both good swimmers. On the Eastern, we all really enjoyed the Doubloon Sail and Snorkel. It was really a highlight of our trip. The guides really engaged the kids in games and the adults were also entertained (not to mention the outstanding bananna benders

So, if anyone has any advice on Western excursions that you really enjoyed, I'd appreciate it!!

We are looking to do Capt Marvins stingray excursion on Grand Cayman and the Dune buggy excursion on Cozumel. Both of our kids (DS9 & DD6) are looking forward to these.
