Your Favorite dinner options during a MVMCP party- before of during?

We are going to our first MVMCP. We're trying to figure out dinner options. What's your favorite way to plan the dining on a party day? TS before party? Quick serve during party? We'd love to hear about your experiences. We are five adults. Thanks

For me, it would depend on how you plan to spend the rest of your day.

When we go to the parties, we typically enter MK earlier in the day on a regular ticket and then get our party bands inside the park. When we do this, we eat TS around 5 pm as the party guests and day guests mingle and, temporarily, create bigger crowds. At this point in time, we've done many rides in MK and don't mind taking some time out from touring to eat. By the time we are done eating, the crowds have subsided and the party is almost ready to start. I would not recommend doing this, though, if you want to meet any of the special party characters as you'll need to line up hours before the party starts.

If we enter MK at 4 pm for the party, we do not take the time to eat a TS in the park. We will eat a late TS lunch and get QS, as needed, during the party. We use the mobile ordering option in the MDE app to get our food quickly.

We have a slow morning at our resort, a later TS lunch somewhere, and then head to MK after lunch. During the party, we will do some heavy snacking or grab something at a CS if needed.

I wouldn't do a TS during the party, the tickets are too $$ and there are too many fun things to cram in before the party ends/park closes!

When we go to either MNSSHP or MVMCP we like to do an earlier dinner, no later than 5pm if it is a TS in or around MK. We have done BOG at 5pm and 5pm ADR around the MK resorts. If we don't do a TS, then we will just get something quick right before the party starts around 5 or 6pm in the park somewhere like Cosmic Ray's or Columbia Harbor House. In 2016, I actually did Hoop Dee Doo at 4pm and it worked out perfectly.. when it was over we got on the boat back to MK and still had time before the halloween party started. I would never do an ADR during the party. Those tickets aren't cheap and those 5 hours are precious and go by quick.

I enjoy doing QS during the parties.
My favorite is Cosmic Ray's.
Often times during parties its not nearly as busy as usual in there plus during previous MVMCP's anyways they have had character dance parties in there so you're still exerpiencing party specific things.

We like to hang out at our resort during the day, enter the park at 4pm and then just do a QS around 5pm. The main goal to take up as little party time as possible with eating.

We were staying at BLT during our visit when we went to MNSSHP this past October. We did dinner at the wave when they opened. It was perfect since we just walked over after our meal and walked into the park. I would not want to waste my time in the parks during the party for a meal since it is so expensive to attend these events.

For most regular park days, we do QS lunch and TS dinner. But on party days, we flip it and do TS lunch and QS dinner. We don't like to waste party time!

Narcoossee's, Grand Floridian, about 5:15PM . GREAT dinner, loads of time, and a quick Monorail trip to the MK .

i would do a QS such as Pecos Bills or Columbia Harbor House before the party starts. We have done a TS at 5 and it works, but just felt rushed.
