How old was the youngest kid you have ever seen go on Hulk Coaster?

Not sure -- but it's not common to see real young kids there because the height requirement is so high.

my kid is 7 and he is already tall enough to go on it and he is really willing to.

That's great. I thought you were asking about little kids, like kindergarteners.

I'm sure 7 is fine. As long as they're tall enough, they're fine. Age is really inconsequential in these things, it's more about being big enough to fit the seat and restraints well.
