Nina's coming back?

OMG-They better get off their butts and pay Jess Walton what she is worth! I've loved her since Capitol, and I don't think anyone can replace her-at least not well! I will love having Nina back, but they have screwed up Cain's age so badly and it will be obvious now. I do wish she'd find her firstborn-I loved Y&R back then!

I didn't like the photoshoot either. Kay is a beautiful older woman, but the outfits were not flattering at all.

• Emmy winner Tricia Cast (Nina) is reprising her iconic role on The Young and The Restless later this spring or early summer, report sources. The best part? This time around, Cast's comeback is not a cameo.
• Soapoperadigest.com reported Friday that Y&R sent out a casting notice to replace Emmy winner Jess Walton (Jill) due to illness. TVGuide.ca has since learned Walton leaving due to sickness is not true. "Y&R asked Jess to take a pay cut, and she walked off the set. She had been feeling ill, but that's not the reason she bolted." So, is Walton's walkout a contract ploy? "Nope," continues the insider. "She's serious. Jess may be the first daytime actor to actually stand up to these pay cuts everyone is being forced to take." I believe she's the original Jill. But Jess has been doing it so long that I think of her as Jill now.

Lots of changes...I like Nina coming back. I wonder if they are going to replace Michell stafford...I like this Phyllis she is the original. I hated when they add other people that have been there for so long. Not just that I cant see anyone else having that hot chemistry with Nick.

I'm glad Nina's coming back, but whoever she goes after will have to have money! She reminds me of Brittany. I wish her and Bobby were back!! I liked them as a couple.

I won't miss Michelle Stafford or Jess Walton because I just really don't like them on the show. They are both on my list of least favorite characters, and Michelle is at the top of that list!!

Now, back to the real question....who is going to be Kay's real daughter??? Hmmmm..... with the big fight with Jill and Nikki, I kind of think it will be Nikki. Kay would be soooo happy!!!

I was just thinking...remember that story line about Tom having a ring that belonged to Kathrine in a safety deposit box? What if Gloria is Kathrines daughter? I wonder if this story line will be revisited? Maybe Kevin will remember something about the ring in his crazed state of mind.

I am sorry to hear about Jess Walton. I think she is a great actress even though I am not crazy about the character. However, I recognize we aren't suppose to like Jill, so in that regard she is doing a fabulous job.

I hate re-casts and haven't watched ATWT's since they pulled the same stuff with Martha Bryne. I hope Y&R doesn't have to do the same thing with the character of Jill.

•Noah lashes out at Sharon for not meeting him as planned and for changing her living arrangements again. Both Noah and Nick bring up the change in Sharon. Nick tells Sharon she needs to help herself before she can help Noah. Sharon snaps at Nick when he says he thinks she's in no shape to have a job
•Amber asks Kevin to trust her, that she'll take care of him and he no longer has to be afraid. Kevin starts believing her.
•Jill and Esther argue when Jill speaks negatively of Chloe and not wanting Billy to marry her
•Chloe hires Eden to babysit Eden while the rehearsal dinner is held at the main house of the Abbott mansion
•While alone w/ Delia, Billy daydreams about what his life would've been like had him and Mac still been together. Out of his daydream, Cane visits Billy saying he can have the CEO position if Cane gets to raise Delia. Billy accuses Cane of trying to buy Delia and asks him to leave.
•Nikki reunites Brock w/ Katherine. He meets Murphy. Brock figures out what may be wrong w/ Katherine and has her tested, it's official Katherine has Lyme Disease. Later, Brock tries to convince Jill about Katherine but Jill doesn't want to believe it because it would mean she is not Katherine's daughter
Phyllis is writing the next article for Restless Style. While writing about Katherine, the article becomes about Sharon. What a slut she is. How Nick proved his love for Phyllis over and over and over again. Of course she deleted it but still, she has become sickening to watch!
