Chloe tells billy she wants him to have full custody because she doesn't want Delia to grow up like her. Billy knows she doesn't want that and Chloe agrees. Chloe and Billy decide to divorce where they will have shared custody. Billy also mentions the settlement and Chloe tells him she doesn't want his money.

Chance tells Nina that there is nothing going on between Chloe and him but he wishes there was. Nina tells him about Chloes colourful past and Chance isn't fazed by it. Chance said that he likes that Chloe is what you see is what you get. Chance tells Nina that Chloe reminds him of her. P3 over hears this and reminisces about old times.

Chloe is crying when Chance walks in. He asks whats wrong and she tells him that she and Billy are getting a divorce. Chance then asks her on a date. Chloe says yes.

Gloria and Jeffrey try to convince MJ to stay with them but she gets away while they chase her with no luck. MJ goes back to Jimmys.

Mac, Phillip and Cane are talking and Phillip mentions how Cane can never go back to Australia.

Lily tells Neil that she wants Cane to come to her tonight. Neil, of course disapproves. He tells her once a liar, always a liar. Lily spells it out to Neil that if she wants to see Cane, she will. Neil reluctantly lets Cane visit. Lily asks Cane if he's planning on going back to Australia and he says that as long as he wants her here he will be here.

Tyra and devon are fighting again. Devon really lays into her how shes a terrible mother and very selfish. Tyra starts crying and Devon apologizes and then they kiss. Neil and Roxi show up at Devons ready for game night but Neil gets called away for work. Roxi sees Devon and Tyra ripping their clothes off and closes the door before they see her.

I like the potential in the Chloe/Chance romance!

And besides being nasty, it is just a rewrite of the scene with Devon walking in on Tyra and Neil doing the same thing. Couldn't the writers at least come up with new scripts!

I agree 100% AND, if I had been Devon's girlfriend, I would have yelled for Neil to come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick and Phyllis discuss Sharon's charges, Phyllis wonders why she'd jeopardize her pregnancy by stealing again. Nick tells Phyllis Sharon took the same ring as her wedding ring. Phyllis asks Nick if Sharon's feelings for him will ever diminish. Nick assures Phyllis that Jack is going to be there for Sharon, not himself.

Heather and Rafe meet about Sharon's case, there is obvious tension and Heather confronts Rafe about sleeping with Adam. She accuses him of being a public defender sleeping with a client. Rafe tells Heather if she can't work with him on a professional level regarding Sharon's case he'll go to the DA. He leaves, Heather breaks down and Paul comforts her.

Sharon and Jack at GCAC, Sharon wants Jack to talk to the jeweler for her, she thinks he'd listen to Jack about not laying charges against her. Rafe shows up at GCAC with an offer from the DA, Sharon is to commit herself to a psyc facility and there will be no trial or jail time. Rafe tries to tell her it is a good idea to take the offer and Jack agrees. Jack sees a picture of the ring and knows that it is the same ring as Phyllis's. He tells Sharon that her secret about her baby is eating her up inside. Later Sharon calls Nick and tells him she needs to see him


Abby, Victor and Ashley at ranch looking at RS mag with Abby as the cover shot. Victor gets a call from MJ, she tells him she needs money, a million dollars and she has a contact inside the house. Meanwhile Abby finds a bug in the living room. Victor comes back and suggests it is corporate espionage, Ashley thinks its Estella. She wants JT to come investigate and Victor relents. JT finds bugs in other rooms including the one Adam just planted in his own room to throw suspicion off of him.

Rafe shows up at the ranch, Victor called him to interrogate him about Estella. Rafe tells Adam it was a big step for him to come out to Heather, he knows how hard it is and asks Adam to let him be there for him.

Victor tells JT the only reason he's there is because Ashley trusts only him, Vic tells JT that he thinks there is a connection between Estella and MJ. As JT was leaving he finds a note in his pocket saying Victor knows all about Mary Jane Benson, ask him.

A Closer Look -- Jack

With Ashley's mental state continuing to deteroirate this week, Jack takes drastic measures to save her. Peter Bergman elaborates on the difficult decision.

WEEKLY: Billy and Jack decide that they need to get through to Ashley. What do they do?

BERGMAN: They go to the ranch. They decide to storm the castle and bring Ashley out by force, but it kind of falls apart.

WEEKLY: They have the perfect excuse to be there, don't they?

BERGMAN: It's the anniversary of John's death. When Billy brings it up, the look on Ashley's face just knocks the wind out of Jack. Ashley, who remembers everyone's birthday and everyone's anniversary, does not remember the death of her father. This is giant. Jack knows there's something really wrong.

WEEKLY: Do Billy and Jack make any headway?

BERGMAN: They do. They start to get through to Ashley, but then she sees Sabrina right behind them in the room. Jack can sense something is wrong. He asks, "What's going on? Is there someone else in the room?" Ashley knows what that sounds like. She says, "You think I'm crazy. You think I'm seeing things." Then all hell breaks loose.

WEEKLY: Ashley throws Billy and Jack out of the house!

BERGMAN: At the door, Billy says, "Wait. We can't give up just like that." But Jack hasn't given up. he just has to figure out what the right thing to do is. Jack realizes they are going to have to go to considerable lengths here. Then he gets a visit from his father -- or his conscience.

WEEKLY: What happens when he and John chat?

BERGMAN: Jack's real struggle is that he's the head of the family now. John tries to let him know that. He tells Jack he has to decide what the right thing to do is and do it. No one is going to tell him what to do. No one is going to lay it out for him. John says, "You're the head of the family. You know what the right thing to do is. You have to look out for Ashley." So Jack decides to do just that.

WEEKLY: Is this a turning point for Jack?

BERGMAN: It is. It's the passing of a torch. Jack is reluctant to take that particular torch from his father. He tells his father, "I am and always will be in your shadow." John says, "No. You're the head of the family now." For the first time, Jack starts to embrace that role.

WEEKLY: And with that role comes a very tough choice for Jack.

BERGMAN: Jack realizes he doesn't have a lot of options, and decides to file a petition to have Ashley committed. There's nothing else he can do. Ashley refuses to come back to the Abbott house. She refuses to see a psychiatrist. Victor refuses to let her out of the house. And something is really wrong. Ashley is acting bizarrely.

WEEKLY: Is Jack at all worried about Victor's wrath when he finds out what he's done?

BERGMAN: Not in the least. Jack doesn't care about that, and Billy probably cares less than Jack does at this point. Jack has to do what's best for his sister. That's his driving force. He sees his sister fammily apart. This is not Ashley. Jack is pretty desperate to do something about this.

This week, the tension between Victor and JT reaches a boiling point as Victoria canoodles with Deacon and JT ends up in a passionate lip lock with none other than Colleen!

"Although they've been fighting about Colleen being removed from the Newman board and Victor, what Victoria's really upset about is underlying," explains Amelia Heinle. "It's more about JT going to Colleen's aid and not telling her about it. There's a little jealousy there."

JT tells Victoria that he believes Victor is the reason Mary Jane came to town. "Even though Victoria knows her father pretty well, she doesn't want to hear that from her own husband," says Heinle.

Victoria storms off and JT stays at the bar for a drink. Colleen approaches him and goes in for a ksis, noting how good things were when they were together. Meanwhile, Victoria bumps into Deacon at the GCAC and he invites her to his room. "Victoria is so mad at JT that in a moment of stupidity, she bonds with Deacon over art. She slips up a little bit," admits Heinle. "They start kissing and making out. Things are getting pretty heated when someone knocks on the door."

Victoria hides in the bathroom while Deacon opens the door to find a distraught Amber. When Victoria emerges from the bathroom, "she realizes she made a mistake," admits Heinle. "She feels really bad and tells Deacon she has to go."

JT experiences guilt of his own after kissing Colleen, unaware that the P.I. tailing Colleen has taken photos of the steamy lip-lock.

Later, JT and Victoria discuss their issues. "Victoria asks JT to stay off the subject of her father; that it's a sore spot for her," explains Heinle. "But neither of them mentions kissing another person and they don't intend to. They make up and decide they are going to work things out."

However, after Victor's P.I. presents him with the pictures of JT and Colleen, he calls for Victoria and shows her the photos. "Victoria's pretty mad," says Heinle. It's interesting, because she knows she did the same thing. She just didn't get caught. So there's some guilt there."

Then, "she confronts Colleen with the photos," notes Heinle. "Victoria wants to wring Colleen's neck. She wants to wring JT's neck, too!"

Colleen tells Victoria that they only kissed and nothing more, but Victoria doesn't believe it. Victoria thinks it could've been a full-fledged affair. In the back of her mind, Victoria realizes they may have been carrying this on behind her back for a while. Says Heinle, "She really believes JT and Colleen are having an affair."

•Roxanne confronts Devon and Tyra, then dumps Devon! Devon tells Neil that he and Tyra had sex, it meant nothing but Neil doesn't buy that crap. Neil's reaction is a calm one
•JT is w/ Colleen and Mac, he shows Mac the picture of Mary Jane whose shocked at what she sees. Mac tells JT that Mary Jane is here, in the back but by the time JT looks Mary Jane is gone. Mac realizes she's been taken for a fool while Mary Jane is shown in a wig and sunglasses at the coffeehouse
•Rafe fumes at Victor's accusations, later Rafe meets with Estella telling her his beliefs that Adam has a role in this. Rafe is determined to prove his aunt is innocent
•Sharon meets Nick and Noah, she tells them about her signing into the psych ward. Noah is upset that Sharon always tries to hide things from him, he wants to be there for her. Later, Sharon is shown in her now temporary home at the psych ward (it's like a small bedroom)
Next - Victoria yells again to JT, she accuses JT of trying to turn her against her father; Lily argues w/ her father, when she wants to go back home w/ Cane
