OK-

Last night I wrote down two sets of directions (for me and DH) for making Cinderella breakfast ressies. I did this last year and it worked well. I was ready to go...

After an overdose of reality TV last night, I forgot about it!!! Normally I'm quite organized (almost perfectionistic)...but at 6:58am I was peacefully sleeping in my bed when I awoke to my husband flying up the stairs "Erika....Cindy's ressies..."

I was SURE that we would NOT make it!! We grabbed our directions...DH got the cell phone...I got the house phone...we dialed, I heard the message, pressed #1...at first I heard "all agents are busy..." but THEN, two seconds later...a true live person asking to help me....

I nervously gave my name (it couldn't have been more than 6:59am) and got a table for 8:00am!!!! That was the time we WANTED because we get into the park an hour early!!!!

I attribute this to the pixey dust thrown at me yesterday from my fellow DIS-ers....

THANK YOU....especially from my DD and DS

Congrats! There was no way I thought you would make it...but since it's for September (am I right?), you'll find it easier to get ressies than for busier times of the year.

Again....that's a great accomplishment! You'll love Cindy's!

Oh wait...I see you are going in July. That's a busy time!

My hat off to you!!!!

I got on the phone before 6:55 and didn't get a reservation agent until 7:03 and there was one 4 table left...but no 5's. I must have more trouble because we are 5. The same thing happened yesterday. I have two more days to try. Maybe I'll leave my DH back at the hotel if I get through tomorrow and there's only a 4!:p

Congrats for getting your ps for CRT!!!

I was successful this morning making a 8:10 reservation. Wear your green ribbons - I will be looking! We'll be a party of four.

Thanks everyone...

I'm actually looking forward to the "health" breakfast with is fruit and granola and peach yogurt. I had it last summer at CRT and it was WONDERFUL!!! It had bananas on top with burnt sugar...like creme brulee topping...yummy.

Congrats! I hope it's as easy for me on Sunday morning!!;)

Hi, Erica -- Congrats!

You will love the 8 am seating. We did this a few weeks ago, and it was great. When we finished eating we went down and stood in front of the rope in the castle, facing the carousel. We heard the little opening speech, and my mom and DD were on the first ride of Dumbo. Since we were so close at opening time, we managed to do Dumbo (as menioned), Small World, Peter Pan and Snow White, and had met Ariel by about 10:10. After that you be ahead of the crowds and you can head over to Toon Town Fair, where there was no line for Goofy's Barnstormer.

And, of course, the shots of the castle and walking down the "abandon" Main Steet are priceless!
Oooooh, I am sooooo excited for you!

I tried again this am and with advice I got yesterday I had 3 phones going at 7:54. One of them at 7:56 struck pay dirt. I heard the "open" recording pressed "1" and up came a CM's voice. We got a table for 5 at 9am on 7/15....later than I wanted....but my 3 year old is NOT an early riser. So this is just fine. My kids will not care that they could have been there an hour earlier - only their WDW obsesses mom.

And we have ressies for bkfst with the princesses the 14th.
So we're all set. YEAH!

And my kids are still all asleep and don't yet have a clue about this upcoming trip! We didn't get home from the Avril Lavigne concert last night till midnight (17 of us on a bus!). Someday, when I'm gone I hope they realize all the "stufff" this crazy mom does for them! But probably not.

At least I have fun doing it for them and with them.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

mmmcq...
That's GREAT...sounds like you've got a great trip planned as well!

Shells...
We're hoping to also take advantage of getting there early. Last time we did Cinderella breakfast we had an 8:10 PS, but it was on an early opening day (park opened at 8:00am), so there were lines (albeit not too bad) when we got out of breakfast. So it will be even more special this time...

You guys are so great...the first thing I wanted to do is post this on the DIS...
