Do these dates appear on Loews site anywhere?

I was given 2 different dates by 2 different reservation agents. One told me my stay is blacked out (12/22-26 @ PBH) and another advised me that the blackout dates are 12/24-31.

They are not listed but they can choose any dates they want. You can book just no YF benefits will apply, meaning upgrades.
