I originally made plans for a trip with my mother and I and wanted to leave as late as we could coming home so we could have a full day and we could handle getting home at 200 am. Then we decided to take my niece and we figuired she would want to stay a whole day too but my brother was going to make her go to school the next day so i forked over the 150 bucks to move the flight to a non stop and get home around 1100. so i fork over 150 bucks and 30 bucks to overnight the tickets back.....

so here's the kicker.......I look at my reservation today and it has me back on the original flight so i call and they tell me i am now on a flight nearly 4 hours earlier with a 2 hour lay over in ATL..... and neither the original flight nor the flight i paid 150 bucks for exist any more..... so i was charged 150 bucks to change to flights that don't exist and then thrown on a flight with a lay over when a nonstop leaves 10 mins earlier???

Any suggestions? so i'm out 150 bucks for AIRTRANS airfare changes (not mine) and now we'll have to leave the parks by 2 at the very latest so it seems i paid for a 7th day pass which will really only be 5 hours tops.......

rip off

It sounds more like Air Tran's fault, not WDW Travel. One thing I don't like about Air Tran is they frequently change flight times and not just by a couple minutes. And they do it close to the flight date. They moved our flight time to Orlando in May from 11:00 am to 1:00pm, which meant getting there after check-in time (about 4:30, we lucked out and still got our requests). A friend told me yesterday that her non-stop flight next month returning from Orlando on Air Tran was just moved from 5:35 to 3:14. She rescheduled on a connection through Atlanta around 7:00.

Call their customer service and explain.
Call your credit card and refuse the charge.

That should work......also, in case they try to say: well if the flight doesn't work you can always cancel it.....see if you can find another airline ticket for cheaper....then, you cancel the whole thing plus the change fee and buy a ticket on a different airline.

Good luck to you!
