The very first time I discovered Nelly Furtado was in a Goodwill and her debut album was there and I was gonna get it but I passed on it and my first album was Folklore and I was amazed at her unique sound and then I finally got Whoa Nelly and I liked it too. But starting with the Loose album Nelly Furtado was trying to appeal to the R&B market but it never fully caught on and so that's when she started doing Spanish language albums but I think when Nelly makes a comeback her sound will be like Bebel Gilberto with a jazz feel to it
