Are you ready? Have you been waiting so long you can't even stand it? The boys & I have been enjoying our summer in Rhode Island - some of you might say, "Too much!" and I have left you all hopeless in limbo in the middle of our trip. I apologize! There have been so many times I've sat down at the computer and thought about doing another installment, only to have been pulled away to some thing or another. I'm trying to consciously "live in the moment" this summer . . . I find myself torn between snapping a picture or jumping into whatever that picture might be of - so you can imagine that creating some trip report pages doesn't rank high on the list right now. . .

But, tonight, I was able to get a few more pages done for all of you wonderful people who have waited so patiently!

I think it will take at least one more installment to finish Day 5 . . . Day 6 is very photo heavy, so it will take at least two if not three installments. . . but I hope to get this wrapped up before Labor Day How's that sound? Who knows, maybe I'll be able to start a PTR by then!

Without further ado, I give you - Day 5 - Back to Hollywood Studios!

But it does look like you are having fun here. I see that you are eating at all the great places. We went to the beach yesterday and the waves were huge but I really hate going to the beach and all that sand. Sometimes my DH can't believe I was born here since I don't like the seafood and complain about the beach.

No beach and no seafood?!?!?!??! Woah! I could do without all the sand in my car, but I am a beach lover and a seafood lover - Did I tell you Finn has a fondness for littlenecks on the half shell?

Have you been to Westerly to the new Just Fabrics location yet? I was thinking of going and then hitting the carousel at Watch Hill for the boys "reward" for letting me go to the fabric store. . .

Strapping yourself onto the rocket - well, they're just velcro straps and your feet are probably supposed to stay on the ground . . . But when your Mommy & Papa get a crazy idea of a picture with you harnessed onto the rocket . . .

Yeah, yeah, yeah . . . it was the END of 2011 when we were on our trip . . . let's just be glad it's not a full year before I finish this TR. . .

Glad you all liked the update! Did y'all notice that Finn looks like he has eyeliner on in the first pics? It was a little "leftover" pirate makeup. . .

OK - we hit 9 yardsales this morning - the boys bought a bunch of Disney VHS tapes as well as some other goodies . . . and I finally heard back from someone on Craigslist so I'm excited!

I think I'll get to do some more pages later today (while we watch some Disney movies in the basement playroom) . . .

And awesome find about the Disney VHS... I wish our VHS player still worked... I put the remote somewhere "safe" about 3 years ago, and I've yet to find it. I hate it when I do that!

Michelle, I get the same thing about growing up here in Seattle and not loving seafood I do like going to the beach, but not the cleaning up of the sand...baby powder helps get most of the sand off

Yeah - they do take makeup off really well - when you can get the child to hold still long enough to use them

It hasn't even been a week since my last post! <------I'm sure that's what D~ looks like right about now She fainted away when she realized I'd actually posted more pages to my trip report.
Heck, I'm sure a lot of you are just as shocked as I am that I had time to do another update so soon

Especially since our besties arrived from Charlotte last night to spend a week in Rhode Island with us! Yeah, yeah, yeah, go ahead and give me one of those -----> it's all good - we're super excited
And, since the kids are all tuckered out and in bed, it means that Amber & I can both sit here on our laptops and post on the Dis :good vibes

Awww... I love all the pictures... Little Finn and his pretzel - it's amost as big as he is! LOL

And I love the Irish Temper and German Stubborness - LOL Classic!

I love that Finn had so much fun at the DJLoS... and the photo of Jake hugging the boys - So cute!!!
