Is this for real?!

Yikes!

Can you imagine what this would be like in an ice storm???

I'm such a skeptic.... but it looks Photoshop-ed to me. Look at the bottom of the garage doors, where they meet the ramp. Doesn't that look superimposed to you? And just picture the car trying to drive up on it -- first, the front bumper would catch on the lower end of the ramp, and if the garage floor is horizontal, the front wheels would be spinning in the air when you got to the top of the ramp. At least that's what it seems like to me. Funny photo, though.

Also, there's something written on the dirt just above the lower ramp (not written ON the dirt, but superimposed there), a website of some sort, but I can't make it out -- something like joekd.com????

I think it's joe-ks.com.

I actually used to own a house with a very similar driveway. And I drove a Camaro at the time, it was an exact science to pull into the driveway at the right angle without hitting the front bumper so I could park in the garage.

It's entertaing but if real the resale value stinks!

I swear my parents had a driveway like that when I was growing up, except it went straight down into the house. And yes, they did slide straight into the wall a few times and into the family room! Dad's home! LOL! :lmao: :rotfl2:

There are some driveways that are almost that steep in our town. A lot of our town was swampland that people filled in and built homes :confused3 . They had to build up their lots so much that the basement floor was pretty much ground level so their driveways are almost vertical. It is actually a selling point around her to have a flat driveway.
