Lovely dinner ladies. So great that you were table mates.
Jenny - I love your description of your other table mates. The "something fishy" has me intrigued. did you ever figure it out? Very nice of the one parent to take a big crew like that on a cruise.
Oh I had to laugh about the head water.Yup - I know that type very well. Sounds like your servers more than made up for him.
I can't think of a better first night than watching Mary Poppins on Deck 10. Poor Joshua. Sorry he didn't find anything fun to do in the teen club.
Pam - thanks for your update as well. Boo to the fish.
Hope your grandmother is doing OK. so Sorry to hear she in unwell.
The head server was very nice but very schmalzy if that makes sense. I am sure he feels the need to verse every table on who does what and wouldn't have known I was in the serving business for years but still, it comes on a little thick. I'd love to see the research that supports better survey scores when things are painfully scripted.
Joshua lightened up on the club scene after he made friends. He still didn't spend much time in them though.
Oh yes, I believe we figured out some of our table mates drama/crisis/etc.
And so did some of the rest of the ship.

So I guess you don't like the Hobbit?![]()
I had to go back to my TRs and see if I missed those Truffle purses, but they are new on the Menu. I can't wait to try them, I have heard so much about them.
I always liked Animator's and think the paintings are cool the way that they change and everything. I'm glad you guys liked the Funnel vision so much.
So where is the crazy tablemate drama?![]()
The pursettes are divine, much better than they look. I had read Ellen rave about them so my expectations were high and they didn't disappoint. You must try them.

The truffle pursettes were literally one of the best things that I ate onboard. I have been craving them for three weeks now.
I totally agree. They were outstanding; rich and flavorful but not too heavy. Delicious.
Great updates from both you and Pam. Too bad Josh didn't enjoy the Edge. I know my niece liked the Edge on the Dream better than the Wonder.
I wonder if he'll like it better on another ship? Do they differ a lot?
Oh, how I LOVE those pasta pursettes!! YUMMO.
I also love falling asleep with the balcony door slightly ajar, listening to the waves.....Calgon, take me away!!!What a great way to end the night.
