Good morning fellow Raiders of the lost "YARC".
Let's cut to the chase here, who is having motivation problems this week?
It's hot as a sunburned roadrunner out there and no relief in site, sounds like a good reason to go outside and play. Our time at the gym or on the road is our time, it's what makes us 'special'. We need that escape from being 'normal'. When we don't get our 'fix' we suffer withdrawal, often we start thinking negative thoughts, like I'm fat, I'm ugly, I'm a loser. Get them darn thoughts out of your head and get your back field in motion. If it's just to hot get your butt on a treadmill or go to the mall and walk, do something, you will instantly feel better, promise.
This week please share your ways that you keep motivated when it's to hot or to cold.
