Yorkshire County Fish Shop

Has anyone eaten there while at Epcot? Any reviews? I see that they have a "snack size" fish and chips and was wondering how it is.

Yep, been there done that... on every trip.

The snack size is actually pretty large. My partner and I each get our own and it's good for lunch.

Thanks Rick. That's exactly what I was wondering about. We're planning on hitting Epcot for the World Showcase on the day we arrive since we'll only have a few hours really. I figured we'd be eating a late lunch / early dinner and I was scoping out a few of the counter service places to see what might be of interest.

I love the fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop, DH and I eat here at least once every vacation. Like RickinNYC said, the portions are great for lunch or a light dinner, you get 2 pieces of fish and fries. You can always add on an extra piece of fish if you are really hungry, or do what we do--save some room for dessert in France! Have a great vacation!

Also a must-do for us every trip. You won't be disappointed and it is so nice to sit over on the patio and look out across the lake.

My brother and his girlfriend (college students) stopped there every afternoon when we were there 12/03 (since they're college students, they were on a 'ahem' different eating budget than us - my family would be at Le Cellier, Rose & Crown, or one of the Boardwalk restaurants). The line would be halfway across the bridge (toward France - that would equate to 30-40 people in line) and they'd be like "nope, that's not too long a wait". As we were all driving back home they kept saying how much they'd miss that fish.

So I guess if you asked him - he'd give a rather positive report.

Me, I've not eaten there (yet).

I used to really like the fish and chips there until I tried some *real* fish and chips in Australia.
