Trashing The Camp
Brittany and me walked over to the Yak and Yeti counter service. I knew I wanted to try the lo mein and I have yet to try this counter service so it sounded like a great plan.
This was an exciting part of the trip, it was our first time with the new card scanners. Alicia made the password up before we got there so we were stuck with our 4 number code which just happened to be 9656 or YOLO!
After receiving my food we walked back to Flame Tree to meet up with Alicia and Andy. Alicia got food at Mr. Kamal's food cart in Asia where she got the boneless chicken wings.
Brittany and Andy were getting food at Flame Tree, so once they ordered we decided to sit in the Flame Tree seating. I never realized how big the seating area is here.
First up my Beef Lo Mein with a frozen lemonade and coke. This was delicious! They give you so much though, I could only finish about half of it.
Alicia enjoyed her boneless wings, they dont offer a dessert option at the cart so she got some chips.
Brittany got the ribs and chicken combo, she seemed to really enjoy this. For dessert she had the chocolate mousse

Overall the meal was delicious!
The only thing left in animal kingdom we needed to do was go see FoTLK!
We had some time to kill so we decided to browse some gift shops. In one of the store Alicia started talking to a CM who was also from NY. I didnt hear the whole conversation, just the part where we were all from NY.
We headed over to Camp Minnie and Mickey but before getting into the line for the lion king we decided to go over to the stroller parker. We were unaware that the Pocahontas stage was the stroller parking. So of course we had to go check it out!
A cast member stopped Alicia&..only to ask her where she got her shoes from.
We then made our way to FotLK, we had a while too wait till they let us in. Alicia took my camera and took millions of photos.

And Brittany braided her hair for the 10th time today
Then the line started moving.
Disney shoes are the best kind of shoes
The doors opened and it was time to go in, we walked fast to get a spot in the lion section. After going in October we learned not to go to the left if you dont want to be a giraffe, go to the right to be a lion.
Before the show started Andy was taking off his shirt secretly under his jacket. I have no clue why? I dont know if Alicia was cold and she used it as a blanket?! Whatever the case may be it was weird.
The show started and monkey Bill was nowhere to be seen. Thats okay Brittany found another monkey during the course of the show. She named this one monkey mike. During one of the big production numbers monkey mike came up to the little boy sitting right next to Brittany. At this time Brittany was just star struck, he stood there for quite some time giving her a funny look.
This is the only photo I have of the whole show. I was to busy being engrossed too take photos
After the show Brittany said that one day she will date a tumble monkey. Shes got a dream.
We left Animal Kingdom, on the way out 2 ladies stopped me and Brittany they told us how much they liked our shoes. Brittany told them I painted them, they responded by saying how they thought a machine did it.
Goodbye Animal Kingdom its been fun. We walked to the Saratoga bus stop so we could walk to DTD and then over to Company D.

You are making me hungry for some Yak & Yeti!! DH and I love to eat at the restaurant part.
I can just hear all the singing from the FOTLK now...
I have never been to the restaurant part yet. But thats going to change this summer! The menu looks so good!

Team Disney
The bus arrived and we were on our way to Saratoga Springs.
Sister love…
Andy and Brittany had become BEST FRIENDS on this trip
Nothing really excited happened, but thinking back at this time I just recorded randomly to get things for the video. Andy was not feeling like dancing or singing and drifted off to sleep.
Next thing we knew we were pulling up to the grandstand bus stop. Off to DTD we go.
But before we did that we had to go visit our beautiful grand villa, Disney really spoiled us when they upgraded us.
When we got to DTD we took a bus to the west side because we are lazy slugs. From there we had to walk through the west side parking lot because Company D is located across from DTD in what Alicia calls the cruise ship building.

We waited outside because we weren’t cast members…yet! Alicia ran in to purchase some tickets.
I love that wall! If you look closely you can see the seven dwarfs behind Andy.
After 10 minutes Alicia came out with tickets in hand. We made the adventure back to DTD. Once we made it back we walked to the bus stop where we watched a DCPer running to the DCP bus, we were afraid she wasn’t going to make it.
Off to AoA we go
Disney must have sleeping gas on their buses! While Alicia and Andy we were resting their eyes, Brittany and I were just creeping on twitter… the usual. There was also this little girl who was all about rolling around on the seats.
We arrived at AoA and headed to the room. We were trying to decide whether or not to eat at the resort or eat at Hollywood Studios later that night. Alicia also really wanted to use our table in the room. When we arrived back to the room we noticed that Mouse keeping put our beds back to table and couch form. It was nice, but pulling that couch out every night became a pain in my butt.
We grabbed our mugs and headed down to Landscape of Flavors. Yes we decided to eat at the resort, none of us were hungry but we felt that AoA had a better selection in food than Hollywood Studios. We were all indecisive about what to get so we all decided to go with the make your own pasta. This was the BEST decision ever.
Next was trying to decide what we wanted for dessert. I knew exactly what I wanted, a strawberry banana smoothie! After getting all our snacks, Alicia asked if the lemonade was considered a drink or snack, unlike the smoothies the lemonade was a drink so both Alicia and Brittany got one. After getting all our food we went back up to our room.

Alicia grabbed her laptop and played some Disney music to set the mood!
We all went with bow tie Alfredo with different things mixed in.
Hot Mess….
Brittany was more than happy to finish Alicia’s gelato for her because she kept her dessert for breakfast the next day. After finishing our meal we got ready to go to Hollywood Studios.

Actually CMs get main gate passes. Alicia being a DCPer gets 6 main gate passes for her term which 1 main gate pass gets up to 3 people in the park for free. So when it was blacked out we had to go to Company D to get discounted tickets

Oh my gosh, how tragic to get to the MK gates and not be let in!!!!!
But I'm glad you got a fun morning at AK instead and made the best of the situation.
Great Finding Nemo pics! DH and I last saw that show on our honeymoon in '07 and I am going back and forth on taking DS to see it in October. He loves Nemo, but I'm worried it might be too long for him.

It has been so long since Ive seen the Finding Nemo musical, chances are Ill see it in Sept!! Glad you guys got so close to the front! Yummy lunch!! I plan on trying Yak and Yeti CS next trip! Eeek, thats next week, haah, it looks awesome!! I had no idea the stroller parking was the Poca stage! How weird!

I love nemo but it is a long show. You could also sit close to an exit in case you need to leave before it is done.

Oh my goodness sooo soon! Thats so exciting! Yak and yeti CS was so delicious I'm glad I actually went there instead of my AK favorite Pizzafari.

Welcome to the Streets of America
As we waited for the Hollywood Studios bus Alicia showed Brittany and me the photo Andy carries around of her in his wallet. It is her 8th grade picture of her dorky self…to funny!
Why we are said I have no clue?!
The bus finally arrived and we pulled into Hollywood Studios 10 minutes later. Our first order of business was to head over tower of horrors…I mean terror. (Just a memory of the first YOLO trip! We’re just so original and by that I mean people at the airport actually called ToT tower of horrors)
Anyways when we got there the wait time was 125 minutes long. There was no way we would be waiting in that line. So we walked around and it seemed to be a trend for all the wait times to be super long. So we went to honey I shrunk the kids playground…a yolo first. Brittany's only thing was that we could not loose her because as a child she lost her parents. Traumatized for life.
I don’t understand why I haven’t been in here before we had a blast for like 10 minutes because it closed at 7. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was real toasty in the tunnels!
We decided to go the ropes course thing and that’s when we got introuble for stopping. Sorry Disney I was unaware!
The next thing we knew it was already 7 and the CM were telling everyone that they were closing. So off we went in search of something to do. We ended up on the streets of America so we decided to have our own little photo shoot.
As we made our way through the streets I told everyone to stand by something.
Brittany decided to hop into the photo by saying lets play west side story. Too bad that they didn’t use guns in west side story…good try though!
Next we made our way to the house fronts
Andy thought it would be a good idea to air out his feet, he yelled at me for taking this picture.
Up next everyone’s favorite…. Be that statue
Brittany tried to find her light
While Alicia pointed out some very important signs
We then waited at the gates for the Hogwarts train. Just kidding the only one who likes Harry Potter is Brittany I personally could do without. She has been asking me to go to Hogwarts when we do the DCP but sorry I’m a Disney child and will forever stay at Disney. I don’t see the point going to Universal when I could spend more time in Disney, it just doesn’t tickle my fancy.
The train never came so we had to take a different mode of transportation. To the subway we go!

Plank that New York News!
We passed the travel agency and decided to go plan our next YOLO!
After we booked our next YOLO trip (which is actually very soon!) we crossed the street and hung out in front of the hotel
Where in the world is Alicia?!
I get by with a little help from my friends
As we were coming closer to the end of our photoshoot Brittany decided that she wanted to plank the garbage cans. She just couldnt seem to get on top&
She thought it would be a good idea to get a running start. When she jumped she ended up hitting the side, which made both trashcans tilt. We all thought they were going to fall over...that would have been embarrassing.
After laughing about the situation that just happened, I went on a ninja turtle hunt. I saw online that there is ninja turtle foot prints where they use to have their meet & greets. After searching we finally found it!
Its hard to see but we found it!

It was our turn. Up first me, lets take a running start
