So today I figured I needed to get organized for my brother's trip in May. I am so freaking focused on September that I hardly even remember that the May trip is coming. No kidding.

Here is the updated itinerary:

5/23 - day of arrival
10:05 a.m. arrival
Collect brother and car and head to DHS
Dinner at Prime Time (so they can bust his chops)
Check in at Pop
Head to MK for Spectro at 9 and Wishes at 10

5/24
Breakfast at Kona at 7:30 (yeah, he's gonna HATE that!)
MK until after the 3:00 parade
Fantasmic package at Brown Derby
Stay for 9 p.m. Fantasmic

5/25
DTD in the morning -- gotta do some shopping!
Epcot around noon
Yachtsman for dinner (Joe loves it here)
Back to Epcot for Illuminations

5/26
Check out early
Tusker House for Breakfast
Spend the day at DAK until it's time to go to the airport

I'm trying to cram in as much as I can in such a short trip. My brother's entire focus is Star Wars weekend so this trip is really about him. I am going to try with everything I got to get Joe to take me to AKL so I can get me some zebra domes from Mara. Wish me luck! I plan to drive him NUTS until he takes me there!!!!!!!!!!!!

This day sounds like perfection! Now, will Joe need a break? seems like a long day..although, the plane ride should be peaceful..right? and yummmmmy 50's!

well at least you get to see fantasmic!! now if we don't get the package for September, it wont be as bad!

I think you packed in a lot, but didn't go overboard! Will Joe be able to go go go?? and are you only doing the star wars stuff that day you are coming in? and I see NO HARM in making a little side trip for some zebra domes.. tell Joe I said that! Now, let's talk about how I can hide in your bag and go with you!! I am soooo jealous, but stoked for you! You deserve/need this trip!

He is just as much a Star Wars geek as my bro so they will spend more time in the special shop and meet and greets than anything else. If my bro had it his way, he would not leave DHS but Joe wants him to get a taste of everything to see if we can get him to go back again some other trip. I figured that we can always take a break if we need to or Joe can go back to the resort if he's in a lot of pain.

And OMG, I WISH you were going with us!

I love my Mary Jane crocs!! I don't wear them all the time because I think the are still too ugly for everyday life LOL but they are perfect for Disney or running to the store or when I volunteer.

That is SO scary about 911!! I'm sure that happens all the time for them so they didn't think anything of it. Good luck getting it fixed!

Ohhhh man. If only someone I knew liked Star Wars I could TOTALLY convince them to go!! I realized my mom doesn't want to go to Disney b/c she didn't like it last time. But for obvious reasons. Ohh well. I'm going home this weekend and I'm making her sign something that says she will come to Disney with me sometime within a year. LOL. Speaking of home, how's the weather in lovely Northeast Ohio?

I actually found the shirts on the DISign board and DH and I changed them up a bit. I've done others for this trip too which are in this PTR. Not sure what pages though. The DISign boards have great ideas and there are a LOT of talented DISigners, I mean LOTS.....and they share. I'm happy to help you if I can too. If you like the ones we have, I can probably edit ours and make them for you...or at least I can try.

Today didn't start off fabulous but I am hoping it gets better. We were suppose to go to the Rock Hall but work got in the way and it's packed due to the upcoming ceremonies tomorrow night. Joe promised me Sunday which is Matt's birthday. We'll be going to Dave and Buster's for his party too.

After my appointment today Joe is taking me shopping, unless of course I have more stuff to do for work.

I just had another thought for you anniversary ADR - will the new restaurant at AKL be open then - I think it's called Sanaa, it sounds as if the menu will be lovely.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I had a fun day. Joe took me shoe shopping which is always fun. He also got me Disney dollars (go figure) and some shirts. My mom got me Disney dollars too which was really nice. We had dinner at a great Chinese place too. I had my hair done and my oldest and closest friend owns the shop. She had a cake waiting for me when we got there. It was a very nice day.

I am going to check into the new place at AKL to find out when they are going to open. That's a good idea. I will have to check out the menu if it is posted somewhere.

I am trying to get organized. If I don't do it now, I never will. I keep telling Joe that there is always time for zebra domes! He just laughs.
