Yippe return flights dropped so we booked a later flight

Today SWA had later flights for $94 so for $113 more, (4 of us) can leave at 5:45PM instead of 8:45AM. Yeah --now our last day we can sleep in some, swim at AKL, check out, have lunch somewhere still disney and hit downtown disney on our way to the airport. Yippeeeeeeeeee. DH shared today-"The kids really like Harry Potter now so lets go a day there, it is open now, so it makes sense to go." I was looking at our ADRs and the only day I kinda was willing to give up for US was our open day at AKL for our pool day. We have never stayed there so I want to be laid back and check out that resort. And the car rental (prior to today) went way up if we kept it after 10AM, but I checked the price before I rebooked and it was the same price now, (It is a holiday weekend). So now I can have my pool day back and can have more disney time.

My cousin (who lives in FL) went to Harry Potter last week and said the crowds were insane. The lines were hours long and she couldn't get into any of the stores/shops in the village area. As much as I would love to see it, I may wait until next year before making the attempt.
