it is now 1PM their time and I was able to talk to my mom. All the blood work and scans and echocardio etc were negative. They just cannot find why the swelling of the left leg wont go down. He is now on triple dose antibiotic and will keep him for further observation. I did have them faxed me all his results and so far my friend at work did go through the result and have said the same thing all they can think of is that it is the varicose veines that os causing havoc and infected. Where did the infection originated they cannot pin point. The blood cultures are still cooking again mrsa and vre came out negative which is a big relief for me. I am somewhat releive also when I talked to my mom ( just hang up with her minutes before I started typing this). My mom is the panicky weak type. It has been me and my dad who have been her leaning post but for a change she sound positive and perky and tells me over and over that there is really nothing to worry... budget wise they are OK. Doctors and nurses has been in tow 24/7 I just hope that she really means what she tells me and not just making face so I wont worry.

Booked AKV for one night last April 24 checking out 25th... room was not ready when I got there.. which was understandable.. it was 7Am.. they gave me a number to call... called around noon just hoping that it might be ready...

CM: it is not ready but almost ready call back in 30 minutes...
Timmy: "30 minutes" later... hi checking for room...
CM: it is not ready plus check in time is at 4PM
Timmy: Lisa the CM who answered my 1st call adviced me to call back in 30 minutes.
CM (Joyce): Welll she is wrong check in is at 4PM, it is only 1PM rooms are not ready at this times. DVC is no different with Hotel check in.
Timmy: Ma'am the only reason why I am calling was because I was adviced to do so. And there were multiple times that I was able to check in before 4PM
CM (Joyce): You got lucky!
Timmy: SIGH I will try to call again later thank you.

Went to the parks.. walk around.. called again around 6PM Rooms ready... Thye situate me at Timbuktu!!! "gasping for breath" !!! Before going up.. gave the bell service that piece of stub for the luggage to be brought up. CM asked will you be in the room to receive the luggages... :yes:!!! Got in the room... Phone rang... pick up...
Timmy: Hello..
CM: WHat does your luggage looks like and how many pieces
Timmy: 4 pcs...etc..etc..
CM: Ok we'll be right up...

10 minutes passed... ring..ring..ring..

CM: how many luggage do you have and did you hand the stub to us?

CM: well the one who rec'd your luggage this morning did not write you on the board.

CM: he had to deliver some luggage.
Timmy: I just talked to him about 3 minutes ago... I timed myself with my cel.. it took me 3 minutes after running from Timbuktu and ask him nicely not to move.

CM: he is done after the delivery.. what seems to be the problem.

CM: Like a complain?

CM: We dont have anybody and you do it online you write to Disney People. Grabs card and place it on the counter infront of me. And turns his back like he is fixing the fax machine....
Timmy: waited for him to turn around again...
CM still has his back turn... finally he got tired of ignoring me looking at his back.
CM: there;s nothing we can do for you right now, you just have to write the letter.
Timmy: Stared at Razul... and sigh and walk to the check in check out line.

CM: Next...
Timmy: "Giggling... extra happy" OMG She is wonderful (CM next to the CM who said next to me)... She was the best thing for me today... she checked me in.. explain what I need to expect... gave me numbers to call.. wished me a great day... enthusiastic enough to welcome me since it is my 1st time to try AKV... after that "still telling this like I was so excited like I wont the lottery" everything went down hill...
CM: Oh .. I am sorry to hear that... what happend...
Timmy: went on with her gospel in a giddy way.... started the conversation as... OMG.. Let me tell you my experince... evnetually all the peeps who were inline.. started laughing and snickering... even the guest who was being helped by the nice CM ( sad that I was not able to get her name) said .. I should be thankful I got you to check me in. One guest at the back said... is she really happy or is she being sarcastic.
Timmy: "still bouncy" But I promised you... you will never be bothered by the guest from hell... And that will make the real AKV lovers have more space to check in for...
CM: We dont want you to do that. That does not mean good bussiness for us.
Timmy: Oh dont you worry about me! I am only one! I know you would be relieve as soon as I stop telling you my stories... But I really appreciate you listening to my stories!!! You are just so awesome!!! You have a good day now Ok!!!

And I walked away...

As I was getting in on the elevator... another couple made it... and told me... I heard how hillarious you told your story.. from afar you sound like you really just having a great time here not until i listened what you were saying that me and my husband realize you were venting the mishaps... we had some rude problems ourselves when we checked in.

after being furious I went down to the shop and started buying stuff I need to take home... and that took me 3 hours... me and poohbear67 were working the floors... there were 3 guest that I was able to help... 1st where to find a box/p.o... he is from UK ... CM told him he does not know and he just need to look it up in the phone directory!!! OK this is a guest from UK!!! Second guest... needed direction to get to Publix... 3rd guest... needed a little fyi on how to work the buses and the ferry boat to save the most time and wait... then met the last family... we chatted about how much we love wdw etc.. and then off I went to go to my room while Poohbear67 stayed to lounge around...

Phone rang.... CM who I told my story called and gave her apology about the problems I encountered and will make a note to her mabager about the whole scenario.. we hope you come back etc..etc..etc.. I just listened... I said thank you at the end and have a good night.

I went down again for another bag of salt water tuffy that I needed in my list... the 3rd guest I met was still at the lobby... came over and explained to me... that he went to the CM and told her how much he and his wife got more FYI's from me than to the CM they asked. That they believed that my complains were ligit etc. and that they just need to improve their emergency infos. I was thankful to them... and all my anxiety had washed away... that I am not really a raging lunatic

It all happend Saturday, May 10,2008!!! I picked up my aunt at around 3:30AM since our flight was at 6:10AM. We were on time it was my aunt's 1st time and she was a giddy as a six year old when I got to her house. We manage to find a good spot at the economy parking lot and got to check in with no problem. We carried our luggages since we are press for time and don't have any to waste at the conveyer belt. We even manage to get early at MCO. As soon as we land we head straight to the shuttle area to pick our car at Enterprise!!! And guess what car I got ??? The same car I drove two weeks ago... The Silver Caliber ( sp?? not sure if thats how it is spelled...) As we head to BWV all I can hear are short stop breathing and giggles.. I had to glance at my aunt from time to time to see just in case she is turning blue Our room was ready... facing the pool... not bad.. really did not have the time to enjoy the room since we did commando style at the parks...

As soon as we got in the room.. I ask my aunt to change to a much more comfortable shoes/slippers... WELL!!!!!!!! guess what????? she brought a new pair of Berkinstocks that was never been braking in!!! arrgghhhhhhhh!!! I explained this to her prior to our departure... but just like a six year she insisted she have to wear something new since this is her trip of a lifetime... Ok..Ok..Ok.. fine!!! Dont tell me later that you are in pain... She gave me the annoyed look and said.. I know this slippers they are great and never gave me problem...

Of to our boatride to DHS....

We did almost everything at DHS but TOT!!! And finally after shows and ice cream bars and more shows.. we hit the real reason why we were there...

well... I just heard the "ding" and out of curiousity... I checked there is a swa flight PHL to MCO of $49 for the weekend of June 7,8,9!!! Well... it is past 10AM it will be hard to connect to call 407-stay at disney .. let me just try.... hmmm automated !! yes I am safe.. Yes!!! she never wear anything shorter than capris... I even had to explain to her it is def'ly going to be hot! My aunt is def'ly old school!

the CM was awesome to just ride along.... so off we went to the GRO and when we got there... he went in and then came out with a manila envelop.. he hand it to my aunt..

CM: Ma'am you have to make sure you open this and make sure you have to use it before the end of the day, this will make your fingers work the next time you go through the turnstyle... he walk us out and gave me a funny smile... I was curious what it was...

we opened and it was a voucher/yellow card for a free



We stood there for a good couple of minutes while my aunt was mesmerize with the Fantastic Hat (that's what she calls it!!! )

sheesshh I did not even get a pic of myself under the new name... another big argument... she wont take a picture with the digital camera.. she feels like she is going to break it !!!

but all in all I think she had fun... even though at this point her feet are killing her already

Ok.. I gave in... I am not canceling the POP for 2 nights on June 7 and 8 checking out the 9th... I checked SWA and the air fair are still there... and what happend next....

Sunday May 18th.. I was working at my part time job when I decided to call my other part time job... ring.. ring.. ring .. they must be busy...

She has not done the new Earth...Nemo show and TSM plus had only seen the Castle when it was all lit and twinklie... her 1st trip was this past January 08. So we have alot to cover plus she also needs to shop galore at DTD !!! So help us Mickey!!!

- go to DTD to shop... grab a free choclate at Ghirardelli

- grab a sandwich by the Earl...

- drive to MK till park closes...

- drive back to POP....

- Pack...

- leave pop at 7AM since we fly out at 9:15AM

- lands at PHL... drive Sarah back home to Mom

-clocks in at work by 4PM till midnite!!!

Hope everybody is back on their regular routine. I had a great time spending some time with my DGS Dean and Chad and their family. I worked Saturday and drive to AC, NJ that night. I had a couple of stops... 1st I met some friends from Virginia who drove to also to AC for the weekend. I have never seen AC's boardwalk this busy!!!

It was a funfilled Sunday!!! Went straight to the buffet at caesars of course!!! Friends and families where all masticating every single item on the menu and by the time we were done... we went back and grab our room keys to freshen up.

that was my 3 yr old Chaddie playing wrestle with his 9 yr old brother Dean... Dont be fooled.. he can take you on...

and yes this room only lasted for a quick hot minute....

After rearranging the rooms we head out to shop at the Pier... lots of sales!!! And was lucky enough to find a couple of good bargains... then we head to the water show!!!

not bad for a free show!!!

and this is the calm before the storm...

after the show we head to Phillips for dinner... finish dinner and got the kids to bed..

then off we go to Resorts Hotel for the 70-80 Boogie nights..

1st we order drinks... Yum!!! Amaretto Sour for me...

Well it is now Sunday... not including today .. 5 more working days then off to see the Mouse with my friend Sarah!!! and I made us a 48 hour surival kit.. I told Sarah nothing should slow us down!!! It is only 48 hours of Bliss and we have to maximize every single minute of it... My bag is in the car now.. yes ma'am! I am all packed! And this goes with my lunch pail...one for me one for Sarah!!! I know.. I am way tooooooooo
