yet another EMH question....

....In hopes of our DD being chosen to drop the rope at opening on MK, I carefully made reservations for a CRT at 9:20, have her cutest decorated Disney outfit packed, and game plan burned into my brain...you know all the wonderful secrets I've learned here on where to stand and how to act but now a possible glitch(OK I am kidding about all of the above)

Just a quick question that I have searched about EMH and can't find the answer to.

MK opens at 8am for resort guests on the day we are going there. So does the rope dropping happen at 8am or does it happen at 9am for general public.

Yes, our DD would like to drop the rope along with all the other little(and Big) kids there and just curious as to how it works with EMH.

I am also intrested to hear the answer? I can't give an answer but when I last went to the Magic Kingdom in December 2005 it was an EMH morning & when I got there they were letting Resort guests into the park. At 9:00 AM I heard the opeing announcment while in Tomorrowland, so I did not see anything with the rop drop.

That's what I answered.

On EMH mornings the rope drop is ONLY performed for EMH guests and NOT for the regular opening time.
