Friday--November 23--Epcot at night

After our late night yesterday at Magic Kingdom, we let the kids sleep in. I went and got some food at the buffet and we ate it in our room. Doug took Dylan, Allie and Sami to the pool and I worked with Ryan on his homework the teacher had given him to complete(he is the only one who got work to do while we were away). After this Ryan and I went down to the pool to watch the others swim. Ryan was disappointed again he couldn't swim--we debated putting a plastic bag on his arm--like we do when he takes a bath--and letting him go in, but we decide to be safe( We were nervous about it getting wet, this is our first broken bone in the family so I am more paranoid) After the swim everyone gets cleaned up and we head over to Dougs grandmothers house--she lives about 30 minutes away from Disney World.
We spent a few hours with her and on the drive back we try to decide which park to go to. I suggest the magic kingdom--because it is open until 11--its now 5--but since we were there all day yesterday no one is excited about this park. MGM closes at 7, and animal kingdom is already closed so we decide on Epcot.
We get into the park--getting into the park makes me anxious, impatient people behind me as I put 6 passes into the machine. First stop is Spaceship earth. We head to Ellens universe of Energy--ryan wants this one, he is a big Dinosaur fan. My only complaint is the ride takes 45 minutes. After this we check out test track, the line was long and all of the fast passes were given out. Oh well, hopefully we can try another day. It is already past 7 so most of future world is closed. We head to the countries stopping in Mexico so Ryan can get a burrito. We head to Norway and ride the troll ride. When we get to America, we see the candlelight processional starting it looks really nice, too bad we never got to see it this trip. We go in to the restaurant to get Allie chicken strips and I had the turkey club.
We walked the rest of the countries stopping in Italy for awhile. We were looking for pennies for ryan in the countries but didn't really find any. Did we miss them or do the countries not have them? The fireworks are not until 9:30 tonight but Sami fell asleep. Doug takes the other kids on space ship earth again and I went into mousegears looking for a picture frame. I find one and go wait for them to get off the ride. We head out and go back to the hotel.
