DBF was in a similar position from November last year and picked up a job back in March, he's doing well and also now happy he can contribute to our WDW trip for next year!

I can truly sympathise, Last year our buisness went down (Thank you Mr bank manager for pulling the loans!) and we had to cancel our trip (along with other major heartaches)

I am now gainfully employed at a much lower salary, but at least I feel I am contributing again and we have been able to book for this year.
Oh and can sleep well again!

OrlandoMagic ............. I'm so pleased for you, these are very difficult times indeed, although I'm definately seeing an increase in activity in boat sales which despite the weather is not seasonal - Lets hope it's a sign.

So far we are both ok job-wise, but I am in conveyancing which is dire and just keeping my fingers crossed. My OH was out of work for quite a long time and managed to get the odd week here and there, but finally started work last July. It is only £6 per hour and a lot less than he was on but it is regular income and seems to be fairly stable.

We have signed our hard saved $'s over to Disney for our wedding and luckily have the full amount for the wedding/honeymoon etc put away so come what may we are going.
