Today I was out shopping for DD's birthday party tonight (week late!)...BUT...

I went to a local "junk store" where you really have to pick through your stuff- it's all from stores - left overs, damaged, last years etc.

ANYWHO....I came across some halloweed costumes- DD's had been bugging me for a Sleeping Beauty dress the entire time we were at WDW but I could not see the price being worth it.

Low and behold- I found one- DAMAGED...the seam where the arm/shoulder go together, the armpit if you will- was missing. NOT torn- just missing. Simple fix- will take longer to set up the sewing machine than it will to fix it. Anyway- I said to myself- HA it's a size 7-10, she'll fit in it next november when we go back to WDW, she's only a size 6 right now.

So I hunt for a price- cant find one on it- I walk up to the register- and ask "how much is this?" the girl looks at me and says 39.99, so I reply with- wait a second- thats the same price as the other ones- and this ones damaged. Show her the armpit. She says "9.99".....SOLD!

DD was ssoooooooo excited she wants to be Sleeping Beauty now for Halloween....she didnt care it had a rip.

DH though- says to me "Didnt you see that it was damaged" Well, DUH! of course I did!
