Yes!!!!!!!Finally sold out 1 bedroom condo

Today is a great great day. After 3 long years, we have finally sold our 1 bedroom condo. On Saturday, we move into our new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome which is almost twice the space of what we have now. We would have moved sooner, but had to wait until the condo sold.

Don't worry I removed it right after I posted. I guess after 3 years of living in a one bedroom condo with my family, I'm a little overly excited to finally be getting into something much bigger.

Stick in there it will happen. It only took us 4 agents and 3 years to finally find the one who knew how to sell our condo.

My mom sold her condo after 1 yr. on the market. She bought my house and we built. Seeling a house is tough right now.
