Yellow leaves on tomato plants

The leaves on the bottom of my cherry tomato plants are turning yellow. Why would this happen - too much water, not enough sun?

HELP!

Tomatoes get all sorts of soil borne diseases. Usually they just look real ugly but don't affect tomato production. Don't mind the yellow leaves and enjoy the tomatoes
