This weekend has been interesting - pouring rain, and the woman upstairs never shoveled off her terrace, so guess where some of the melting snow has gone? The wall is saturated, and it's coming through my living room window! Ughhh. I need to get out of here into my own house! Hey, Brandie - where are those plans again??

Teri, I'm so sorry to hear of your friend's passing. So unfair, that horrible things happen to good people I hope you are comforted by the fact that she didn't suffer and her family didn't see her suffer.

good morning cheerleaders!!

up until last night, they were calling for another 2-4" in my area...but the front must have stayed south cuz we didn't get any accumulation! but the roads are an icy mess. and they are calling for more snow...another 2-4" wednesday...the temp isn't going to rise much beyond 5 degrees so whatever happens to melt between today and tomorrow will refreeze and then we'll add whatever snow we get on wednesday to that...so we will have, as matthew puts it, titanium snow...

i begin my workouts tonight. let's hope i won't be dead by morning...

well, i better do some "work" around here this morning...or at least, pretend to do some work anyway...

WOO HOO!!!! YIPPEE!!! YAHOO!!!!

i just found out that one of my very favorite bands, the dixie chicks, will be playing here in indy on may 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i went to their concert for the "fly" tour and it was awesome...have been patiently waiting for their next tour and it looks like they heard my pleas!!!!!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was beginning to think that you guys were avoiding me or something...i swear that i showered this morning!!

the chicks were so much fun to see in concert...i'm so excited!! but matthew isn't as excited as i am...he doesn't care much for the chicks. but he promised that he would go to the concert with me when they came to town. of course, when he agreed to that, i don't think he believed that they would be touring again!! hehehe

Most men don't like shows, movies, etc. with the word "Chicks" in 'em...unless the words "wet, hot, sticky, nasty" are used - then they're THERE!

Speaking of wet and nasty...the leak finally stopped coming in my window - for now, anyway.
