In general, in WDW, it is not Dinner until after 4pm.

It will be lunch but the filet is on the lunch menu still. I had the filet with mushroom risotto the last time we went for lunch when we couldn't get dinner ressies. We are actually going back for lunch by choice this time. They had a nice salmon blt I want to try.

Like mentioned, that is still considered the lunch menu. We ate there for the first time this past February for lunch and there were a couple of steak options on the menu. I got the New York Strip Steak. Yummy! Talking about Le Cellier is making me hungry. Okay, now I want some pretzel bread!!!!!

The nice thing is that it is considered lunch, so you'll get your steak at lunch prices! We ordered the fillet in January at lunch and it was delicious.
