I'm rooting for the Sox since they remind me of my fave team, the Mets..except they have actually been winning lately. I hate the Yankees. I am going for Boston because I want the curse to be broken! My grandmother lived in the same apt. building with Babe Ruth and was friends with his daughter. She said he was not as great a person as he was a baseball player... he didn't treat his daughter very well and although my grandma was just a little girl at the time, he told her to shut up when she made innocent comments towards him--although she is quite talkative At least he gave her a few signed baseballs. But, according to her, he was still a jerk. So his character is yet another reason for me to go against the Yanks and cheer for the Red Sox! It's their turn to win and put an end to the 1918 chants!
