Yank coming to the UK!!!

We are headed to London as part of our Adventures by Disney tour in mid August! Can hardly wait! As we have some free time and we have our 9 year old granddaughter with us, I was wondering if you have any suggestions about things to see/do with her? Is Covent Gardens appealing to a young girl? We are already going to the Tower, London Eye, Thames and Regents Canal boat trips.

Covent Garden is a great place for families old and young There are lots of street entertainers that encourage participation from the crowds, and loads of really nice little shops. there is also a market there generally selling art, jewellery and clothes which all have to be made in the UK to be sold there, so some of it is very exclusive. Lots of photo opportunities with the human statues and it will fill a couple of hours quite easily. It is only a short walk to the river from there if you want to go and have a leisurely stroll

i agree convent garden is a great place to while away a few hours, have a great trip
