Is there a difference between the Crispy Honey Chicken at Yak & Yeti sit down vs. quick service? I was thinking instead of making a reservation to just eat the quick service instead?

Last I had it, the chicken is the same - however, Disney has been cutting corners with quick service food lately, so it’s not guaranteed to be the same or available at all. Yak & Yeti quick service is just as good as the restaurant IMO!

Is there seating for YAK & YETI quick service. Been trying for the rest, but it is totally booked for Nov 12th. I still cannot believe there are only 4 table service options in AK park. They really need to open up more since the are allowing more guests into the park.

Yes, there is outdoor seating next to the Yak & Yeti quick service.

Did they have more than the 4 (Y&Y, RC, Tiffins, TH) even prior to Covid restrictions on capacity? Flame Tree and Pizzafari come to mind, but thought those have been counter service.

I think there is also Nomad Lounge. Flame Tree and Pizzafari are counter service.
