Yak & Yeti Dining for November

We booked last minute trip for 2nd week of November. Cannot get into Yak and Yeti on 11/12. I tried calling them direct, and I was told they can only take reservations for people with the Landry cards. I then signed up for the card and Score, Bonus of $30 rewards. Just call Yak & Yeti back. I told her I now had the card which she told me that I would need the account number which I would not have for another day or two. I responded that, no I had my account and gave her the number, where she stated it was valid. She then proceeded to tell me "sorry booked up". Really, you could not have check this before having me sign up for the card. She then told me that the day I do arrive they can move me up ahead of non card holders. Looks like I will keep trying.

If you have Landry's card, you do NOT need a reservation for Yak and Yeti. All you need to do is show your card to the host the day you are win the park and they will seat you within 20 min, usually less, even when there are no reservations available. We have done this many, many times. It's an incredible perk as you don't need to plan your day around an ADR.

This. I had a wonky time (it would've been great if my plan worked out, which was an early dinner before Boo Bash) and didn't want to completely give up Y&Y but didn't want to wait the 3-4 hours it was going to take for my ADR. They just cancelled it and walked me in with my LSC.

I was sad because I didn’t have a reservation since I had waited too late to book for our vacation last week. I don’t have a Landry’s card, but the day we were in AK- I stopped by at 11 and added my name to the walk-up reservation list. She took my number and said it’d probably be an hour and a half. We went to DinoLand and let the boys play on the playground. By a little after 1 we were seated upstairs enjoying their delicious food. I was so happy that it worked out, though I would have rather went the stress-free reservation route that I’d always done in the past. It probably *only* happened because AK was a 1 crowd level that day- but regardless- it happened.
