During the last Food & Wine Festival I went to culinary demonstrations from the chef at Yak N Yet I, who made Sriracha Mac n' Cheese, and the Japan Pavilion chef, who made Shrimp Tempura Us in. I went to make these at home and lost the recipes. Does anyone have them to share?
