Yachtsman Steakhouse timing

What is a typical length for dining at Yachtsman Steakhouse? It'll be my first time there. We have a 6:40pm reservation and I want to watch the Star Wars fireworks at Hollywood Studios which are at 9:30pm. Will we have enough time to finish dinner and get into the park to watch them?

Plenty of time. My suggestions.

If you libate, a pre-dinner cocktail at Crew's Cup is relaxing.
If you like steak, an appetizer is not needed. Salad is OK, but not necessary.
The filet is wonderful but I prefer the NY Strip.
No Yachtsman dinner is complete without ordering the side of Truffles Mac & cheese.
No desert needed.
Wonderful walk or boatride over to Studios. We prefer the walk as it helps dinner digest and is a wonderful time to hold my wife and talk. I know S&D stick out as if they don't belong where they are, but they are actually visually stunning while walking on the walkway and bridge.

By all means though, follow your own wishes for a wonderful dinner. Have a great time.
