Yachtsman Steakhouse - Pics & how to pay??

After all of the input from everyone here I am giving my parents dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse (on our trip next May) as a Christmas gift. I made the ADR's for them already.

Now, I need a bit more help....
1. Does anyone have any pics of Yachstman Steakhouse that I can put on the "certificate" I am printing them to give them as a gift? (in particular pics of the sign or menu?)
2. How do I pay for this for them? I was thinking about American Express gift cards or do they still have Disney Dollars?

I just got in from the mall where I purchased Disney Dollars at a Disney Store. So, yes, they still have them.

I have pictures of the food, but not the sign.
