Yachtsman Steakhouse Malt Vinegar Fries

So what exactly are these fries that I've heard are so delicious?

I can't seem to find any reviews that describe what they are (other than everyone seems to agree they are amazing!)

Are they just fries with added vinegar (like we would have here in England) Or is there something more to them?

Hmmm....the only fries I've ever heard of are the truffle fries at Crews Cup, which is the bar next to the Yachtsman. They are insanely good.

For me, you can arrest me and throw away the key if I ever order anything other than the Truffles and Mac as a side when I am at the Yachtsman! Fries? Fries? ARghhhhhhhhhh
