Y.E.S. Animation Program -June 6, 7, or 8 - Need 6 More Students

We have a group of 9 students that are interested in doing Disneyland's Y.E.S. Animation program on June 6, 7, or 8. We really want to make this happen and so I'm wondering if there are any more DisBoard families that will be in the parks during that time that might be interested in participating. The program is for students ages 8-18 and more info can be found at http://www.disneyyouth.com/youth-education-series/catalog/?location. Also, if there's interest and enough students ages 11-18, we might try to set up the Leadership program as well. Discount tickets are available for participants of this program. Let me know if you might be interested in participating and if you prefer June 6, 7, or 8.

Just an FYI....the YES program has an Individual program now, and they have both the Leadership and the Animation classes on June 24-25. If you're able to change your trip dates to then you won't need to worry about recruiting more students as their minimum was 8 the time we did this last year (caveat, it is of course possible their minimum was raised since then, but chances are good that other families will also sign up through the website, that's why it's called an individual program).

Anyway....just in case you don't get other DISboard families wanting to join you I wanted to point out a way to make it happen. These programs are top notch and I do highly recommend them to anyone with a curious child! We've done them at WDW and DL now, and they are both fantastic. I have to say I like WDW a tad more but only because they have a wider variety to choose from so my kids will probably graduate before we get through them all.

Thanks for the info, ConnieB. I'm aware of the individual programs and would love to just be able to go out to the web and sign up our group, unfortunately we're unable to change our dates for this trip.

My family and I will be there June 4-9 and I might have an 9 year old neice that would want to join you guys. I'm always looking for new ways for her to learn and have fun at the same time. I would prefer June 7.

We're AP holders as well. Each Y.E.S. program costs $15 per student for those that already have tickets to the park.
