XBox Live Gold Membership Deals?

2 of my children want a 12 month X Box Live Gold membership for Christmas.
Are there ever any deals on this since it runs almost $60 apiece?

Yes! There happens to be a deal right now. Newegg (through Ebay) has the 12-month Gold memberships for $39.99 and free shipping right now. I'd jump on it quick -- a couple of weeks ago I ordered one when they were $35 and they sold out in hours. Here is the link:

I don't know if this is the best deal out there -- I just saw it advertised on the Woot page this morning. It is NewEgg through their EBAY store.

they sometimes have it for $35 [there was one on Dec 2] but they sell out quick. I missed it so I purchased this deal. No tax and physical card to put in stocking.

Just an FYI, if you miss this deal and you are a BJ's member they have it for $45. Their regular price is $50 but they have an instant $5 savings until 12/15. Not as good as the Newegg but better than $60 if you miss it.
