Xbox 360 deal and ? about Walmart pricematching

ToysRus has the xbox 360 4gb w/ free 8gb memory card with purchase this week, seems like a pretty good deal, but I hate buying things from TRU, so does anyone know if Walmart will match this? Or Target for that matter?

The Walmarts where I live (AR) will NOT price match any other store. Target will though. call and ask in your area. good luck.

As OP said it included a bonus item (8 GB memory card), chances are Target will not price-match...

Are you sure?? In Arkansas, a.k.a. "Walmart Central"???

Walmart, indeed, will price-match the competition.

I don't know about Target. Our Walmart will normally price match if the items have the same SKU and are in stock at the local competitor whose price you are matching. Will the memory card included, I'm not sure if they'd still match the price since I don't think ours does match deals like that.

That said - are you sure you want to get the 4gb console? If the person using it is going to be doing much gaming at all - especially online - they will almost certainly want a hard drive. The 4gb can't be used to download extra music for the games like Rock Band or Guitar Hero or additional maps for the shooters like Halo. And unless they've found a work-around, the 4gb can't even play one mode of Halo Reach online at all. The memory card can't be used to save downloaded content, just your information.
