4 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in half
1 package taco seasoning
rinse chicken and place in plastic bag sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken close bag and shake cook coated chicken on a grill, g. foreman, or broiler serve on brown rice with salsa, ff sour cream, sm amt ff shredded cheese ( 1/8 c) and a side salad with ff dressing. Serves 8
