(X) Easy Skillet Cheeseburger - LC

    First of all, I don't use precise measuring when I cook, so I'll list ingredients, then I'll tell you how it was prepared.

    Ground beef
    Garlic Salt
    2 scallions, chopped
    Grated Cheddar Cheese

    I browned the ground beef in a skillet with the scallions and sprinkled the mix with garlic salt. When everything was browned, drain the excess grease. I sprinkled about 1/2 - 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese and mixed it through the beef to let it melt.

    Served on a plate, it was similar to eating a cheese steak without the bread.

    No carbs in the beef.
    1.2 g net in 1/4 c. green onions
    check your packaging for carbs in your cheddar cheese.

    A delicious low carb meal that took about 10-15 minutes to prepare.
