(X)Baked Fish with Mustard Marinade

    1 1/2 lbs. cod,scrod,haddock, or other firm white fish

    1/2 c. smooth or course dijon mustard
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 to 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Rinse and dry fish fillets and place them skin side down on a lightly oiled baking pan.
    Whisk marinade ingredients together. Pour over fish, turning fillets to coat evenly. set in fridge 20-60 minutes.
    Pre-heat oven to 400ยบ. Place baking dish,uncovered, in oven. bake 10-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is tender.

    4-6 servings 3 points per 5 oz. serving
