I just won a bid on this hotel through priceline for a one night stay in June for $50 (before we start our timeshare week at the Marriott). I have read some bad reviews of this hotel and it seems alot of people think it's dirty. I searched on here too, but alot of the posts are years old. Has anyone stayed here recently? I would love to hear about it. I'm especially worried about the cleanliness, since my baby is crawling all over the place now.
It will be me, my husband, our 8 year old, and our 9 month old. Not sure what size beds they have?
thanks!

Have not stayed there in 2 yrs so i know mine is not what you are looking for...I too won on price line.....They put us in front of a ice machine and no view...okay i had a ice machine...had to walk over to walgreens for a room freshner....It was only for one nite.....

Stayed there last year for the Anime Festival Orlando convention and it was a huge place. The grounds are really pretty and the room was clean. However, we did find a few roaches in the bathroom area. Also, if you haven't signed up for the Wyndham By Request do so. You can pick a welcome gift. Ours was late and I had to call to get it but was a plate of big plate of fresh fruit and two bottles of green tea. Plus, a handwritten card welcoming us. It was really neat having all wooden floors. No carpet at all and the rooms are huge. It does look rundown from the outside but the rooms themselves aren't bad. The staff were really nice for the most part. There are always a few hard to deal with. The real problem we had was getting in and out of the parking lot. We couldn't leave most of the con weekend b/c of traffic and no parking. If there's a convention parking fills up quick. Food at the restaurant was a little overpriced so we didn't eat there. However, there's a Perkins, Popeye's and McDonald's across the street. We did order pizza from their delivery and there isn't a mark-up to bring it to the room and it was decently priced to begin with. The pizza was REALLY good too.
