Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek

We are looking into booking our next stay here and trying to decide on a room. During the time of our stay, the executive suites on the top two floors are almost the same price as the other rooms so we want to try those since we love a high floor.

Just wondering though - since we don't really care about bed type (king, queen, bunk, etc) does anyone have suggestions on a room type that would best put us in a position for a fireworks view?

They may have a room category for fireworks views. If not, you will just have to make a request and see, as they no doubt are the experts on what rooms have what views.

We have stayed there twice.

The Grand Deluxe rooms guarantee a high floor. We had a Grand deluxe room both times. They can be on either side of the building though. There isn't a category to guarantee a room on the lagoon side (fireworks side). I tried to request a lagoon view the first stay and was told they don't take requests. We were only staying there 2 nights so I didn't bother to call back and see if talking to someone else would change anything.

The first trip we were on the street side. We had a view of the golf course, Bonnet creek Hilton, All star Music resort, and I-drive off in the distance.

Last December we got an excellent room on the lagoon side. It had a great view of the fireworks from DHS and EPCOT, as well as the lagoon, pools, and entire property.

It was really nice to have the good view, unfortunately it's luck of the draw.

The hotel itself is very nice, staff was good and we would stay there again.
