Just returned from a 3 night stay at Wyndham Cypress Palms. It was our first stay here and was not my first choice but we booked last minute and the price was right ($100/night for a 2 bedroom condo). Check in was easy. Got there around 130pm and our condo was ready about an hour later. In the meantime, I completed the paperwork and got our pool passes. Our condo was a first floor unit in building 7. Everything was perfectly clean and in working order. Plenty of towels. Gave you two packets of detergent for the washing machine, coffee filters, coffee, salt and pepper, 2 packets of dishwasher detergent, a sponge and a small bottle of liquid soap. Each bathroom had toilet paper on the roll and 1 extra roll. We were only staying a couple of days so it was sufficient, but if I was staying longer than you would need more. It was directly behind Krispy Kreme on 192. A little bit further than we normally like to stay but still only about a 15 minute drive to the parks. A ton of restaurants and stores nearby. 2 pools in the complex with a Jacuzzi at each. My first choice is Wyndham Bonnet Creek and there is absolutely no comparison between the 2! Bonnet Creek is much nicer but for the $$$ it was totally fine.

Krispy Kreme ? That would have been my downfall :D coming and going! Tried to go to one by me today for the Free Donut Day ...... drive thru nuts and inside they had a queue line. No FP+ line? so we left.

Thanks for the info? I always see deals for here, know the basic area so good to hear honest review. We would stay for a week if we booked and yes, we LOVE Bonnet Creek!

When staying at Cypress Palms, remember to request a newly remodeled room. Three buildings have not been remodeled yet and are probably showing their age. We stayed in the newly remodeled room and really liked the room, the two large flat screen tvs and free wifi. The resort is much nicer than when we last stayed 10 years ago. It is a great budget option. Weeks are often available for as little as $250 per week through Skyauction.

We have WCP booked for Spring Break because our home resort WBC was full by time we decided to go. Glad to see good reviews for it. Just the wife and I, so we aren't concerned about all the wonderful family friendly stuff at WBC.
