Wyndham Bonnet Creek- pet room question

Is there any way to request a room that has never had a dog/pet in it at Wyndham Bonnet Creek? Or request a deep clean of furniture and any textiles (such as a bed scarf or decorative pillows) prior to arrival?

I'm sure you can ask for a room that has not had pets. Unless something changed I think the guests with service animals are in a certain area. That's what one guest who had a service dog told us last year. I'll be curious to see if others respond because I also have pet allergies.
