My husbands birthday falls while we are at Disney. I already scheduled a Kona breakfast because he loves their breakfast.... we are not scheduling a park day on the day of his birthday- he said he wants a day where we can kinda do whatever we feel like, so I planned that day to be on his birthday. HOWEVER, I'm feeling the need to plan a dinner with it being his birthday. SO WWYD? We wanted to go to the campground one night to do the bonfire and sing along with the kids, we could also do that this night.... or, we would likely have an extra day on our passes if we get them through UT, so would you plan to head into a park just for the evening? OR would this be a good evening to truck it on the bus to AKL and maybe do Boma? We have a 4 and 1 year old, and the next morning we are in Epcot with a princess lunch, so I don't want to keep the kids out WAY late.... WWYD??

head to Whispering Canyon Cafe or, more conveniently, Trails End for dinner before the camp fire. They also have a movie after Chip and Dale appear. Its starts late so they might not it through the whole movie.

I agree with the PP. Whispering Canyon has pretty good food with a fun setting. This would make for an easier bus ride over to the campground so you can enjoy the sing-a-long. Your husband can still enjoy a relaxed day outside the parks yet still celebrate with some Disney magic!
